Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. All card transactions are processed by 'Actinic Payments' offering increased security to our customers.

Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail / Parcel Force. Relevant prices are calculated according to the wieght of items ordered.

Delivery Schedule
We despatch your order right away if it is in stock. You will normally receive your order within 5 business days with the exception of clothing which may take up to 20 days ,International orders are generally received in 28 days.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

We do not have access to your credit card details at any time during the ordering process as this is handled by them. Actinic Payment Services is an established payment provider. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.

Returns Policy
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchases from The TVR Car Club Shop, or have simply changed your mind, you may of course return them to us for a refund, unused and re-saleable within their original packaging.
Unfortunately we cannot offer this service for any items that have been personalised or custom manufactured such as TVRCC clothing.
Please contact us before returning any item.
Items are to be returned at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra charge.

Please Note: We must insist that items are correctly re-packaged and returned to us by a recognised, insured and signed for method, in order to avoid loss of the item during return. We cannot refund a returned item that has not been received by us.
You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the items within 30 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned goods, in a resale able condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
